YEIDA hosts roadshow to showcase investment opportunities in upcoming Toy Park

New Delhi, 2nd November: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) organized a roadshow for stakeholder interaction in the upcoming Toy Park, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. YEIDA on Wednesday in New Delhi.

The global toy industry is worth Rs 7 lakh crore, but India’s share in it is quite small. The Indian toys industry tapping the global market has increased 3.3 times form INR 774 Crores in 2013-14 to INR 2587 Crores in 2022-23. India has the potential to become one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of toys and that opportunity needs to be coined upon.

The Toy Park is being developed in sector 33, Gautam Buddha Nagar and will be one of the largest dedicated toy manufacturing park, spread over 100 acres of land. The infrastructure development will be done by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

The Park will offer state of the art infrastructure facilities such as Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Common Facility Centre of 5 Acres, Transportation areas, tube wells etc. Apart from these facilities, various incentives will be provided to allottees as per Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy of Uttar Pradesh 2017.

A total of 134 plots ranging from 1000 sqm to 10,000 sqm have been allotted out of which 57 plots have been developed. The amount of investment is estimated at INR 400 Crores which will result in a direct employment generation of approximately 6000 persons.
