YEIDA , to give possession of plots to 21,000 allottee by next year

Greater Noida: Yamuna Expressway industrial development Authority is all set for providing allotment of land plots to all 21 thousand allotie by march next year.

For fulfilling its promise authority will start giving, possession from September this year and by March next year everyone will be covered. So all the officers ahs been directed to complete all the developments and basis infrastructure work in sectors before the deadline.

In 2009 authority had launched a residential scheme in 2009 under which allotment have to be given to the alloties by 2013. But due to issues over land acquisition under legal aspects between farmers and authority delayed the project. For this authority also charged 133 rupees per square meter extra from land buyers to full the demand of 64.4% compensation of farmers. But even after that in sectors like 18 and 20 authority is not been able to provide allotment to farmers .

Now the lands which authority is not been able to acquire will be shifted to other place and alloties will also be given benefit of Zero hour between 2013 to 16. Authority made it clear that now there in issue in providing allotments and in between September to December 80 % of allotment work will be completed. Rest of the plots will be allotted till March.

Remaining work of Roads, Drains, Sewage, Water Supply, Electricity connection are being done rapidly. In sector 18 all most all the work is completed. Land plots which will be allotted a list of that will be issued on the authority website and by media.
