Young Hospitality Professionals showcased their skills at AHP hospitality challenge 2015

NOIDA, JUNE 22, 2015: ASSOCIATION OF HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS (AHP) organized AHP Hospitality Challenge 2015 which embarked today with two unique F & B competitions- ’War of Spirits’ & ‘Art of Napkin Folding’, at RADISSON BLUE, MBD NOIDA. Young Hospitality Professionals from prominent hotels across Delhi & NCR showcased their skills by making delicious mocktails & cocktails to beat the heat and presented innovative styles with napkins.

The competition witnessed the gathering of over 50 qualified Professionals from eminent hotels under one roof who demonstrated their skills, knowledge and innovation. While participants of ‘War of Spirits’ prepared some exotic and tantalizing cocktails and mocktails in rich flavours which were presented creatively, the participants of  ‘Art of Napkin Folding’ put up a stunning show by folding napkins wonderfully which looked eccentric and magnificent. This platform was designed to felicitate the team at work behind the scene and bringing out the best for the guests. The award ceremony to announce the winners of the competition shall be hosted on June 29th 2015.

Mr. Sireesh Saxena, Joint Secretary, AHP says, “It’s a great platform for all the Young Hospitality Professionals where the prime objective is to establish, encourage and honour them for their talent. Here, they can display their individual and combined skills, creative talent while learning and sharing experiences. The idea is to create awareness about this profession and felicitate the achievers in this industry. ”
