UP CM helpline to start from January, has 15 days deadline for resolving complaints!

For timely and satisfactory resolution of public complaints, CM Yogi Adityanath has proposed setting up a dedicated CM Helpline. The infrastructural requirement for the same have been completed and the CM Helpline is set to become functional from January 1.
A dedicated call center with 500 strong workforce has been set-up in Lucknow for Chief Minister’s Helpline and complaints will directly go to Lucknow Control Room from where they will be dispersed to the concerned officials. Complaints can be made by making a call at 1076.
CM Yogi Adityanath has claimed that his office will directly keep a tab on complaints coming through this helpline and will ensure timely resolution of the same.

As per current structure, the call center will be operational for 24 hours a day and will have dedicated team to call back and ask for feedback after resolution of complaints. Also soon after making a complaint a text message will be delivered to the complainant with estimated time of resolution of the issue.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Officials Get Trained For CM Helpline

A training workshop in lieu of upcoming CM helpline was organized in Gautam Buddha Nagar district magistrate’s office. Officials and government employees of different department took part in this workshop. CDO Anil Kumar Singh let the training camp and informed the concerned personnel about different aspects of this helpline.
In CM Helpline 4 different levels of hierarchy has been created namely block, district, zone and state.
