Gautam Buddh Nagar police was empty-handed even after 60 hours of a ghastly incident in which a 39-year-old woman Manju was found dead with severe head injury at her home in Omicron 2 on Friday morning. With the door locked from outside and her two children’s also missing along with family’s Maruti Esteem vehicle, the case became a big puzzle for the police.

However in a latest update, today evening the body of 18 year old Krishna has been found in a Canal in Dankaur Police Station area. The police has reached the spot and is probing the case. There is still no trace of the daughter who is missing since three days.

It must be noted that Manju Yadav was living on a rented accommodation in house number B-26 in sector Omicron. She used to live with her two children, her daughter Priyanka (19) and her son Krishna (18). Her husband Pramod Kumar (45) used to live away from her wife because of his repeated quarrels with her owing to his alleged drinking habit.

As per Pramod’s statement to police on 20th July when he went to the house on a casual visit he saw blood coming out of the door and informed the police.

When police reached the spot they found a lock hanging over the door from outside. When police tried to get a view of the inside from the window they found women lying in pool of blood. Thereafter police broke open the door and found the women dead.

Now after the police was unable to trace the missing members of family for three days, the boy has been found dead under mysterious circumstances. Family members of kids are now extremely worried about the whereabouts of the missing daughter. A glaring security lapse was also found during the investigation when most of the CCTV camera’s around the area were found non-working.
