Greater Noida 3-year-old Rape: Schools have to follow certain guidelines orders DM BN Singh!

Greater Noida: DM of Gautam Budh Nagar, BN Singh today called a meeting of all the school principals from the district over the issue of safety and security of children’s in the school.
The urgent Meeting was called due to shocking incident of rape with a three and half year old girl student in the premises of Delhi Public School, Greater Noida.
Taking concern of the matter DM already had ordered probe in the matter and called meeting of the principals and management regarding safety of childrens in school.
During the meeting Singh quoted, ”After so much of instruction from administration , it can be clearly seen that still the school are not taking proper safety and security measures as per the guide lines issued by C.B.S.E and state government. Which are latter turning into such unfortunate incident”
“In the DPS incident during investigation I get to know that CCTV are not covering the whole corridor, the accused don’t have the police verification, people are allowed to work in school over visitor pass”
“last time also so much of exercise and workshops are conducted after the Ryan incident but noone had done anything apart from making assurance.”
As per the new guidelines that are issued to the schools, now all the school in the district have to submit a self certified letter on a stamp paper to District Education officer by 5th of August .
In the letter it is certified from the school side that school had full filled all the guideline and prescription given by C.B.S.E, I.C.S.E, and from state government are been fulfilled and implemented by school . Documents will also have the signature off management and principal. And if management is looking after by a company or a trust then it will have signature of board of director and trusties of school.
School that will fail in doing so their name will not be put on the website of district administration with a guideline for the public stating that these schools have insecure environment for the students as per the guidelines of C.B.S.E , I.C.S.E and state government. Apart from this we will also advice the C.B.S.E , I.C.S.E and state government to dismiss the affiliation of the school.
After 20th August administration will start doing random inspection of different schools and if anything found not up to the mark as mentioned in the self certified certificate then the same action will as mentioned above along with the legal actions will be taken over responsible persons.
At last DM added that “There are very clear instruction from CM side that a policy of zero tolerance we will have in such issues. This time no one will be spared and we will be very tough “
During the meeting principal of Ryan International, Father Agnel , Pragyan , Apjeey School had clarified the measures they had taken for strengthen the safety and security of students.
