On 17 January police had arrested three  alleged accused in a murder case of a  former boxer, Jitendra Mann (27),  who was found dead with bullet marks in the head and back in his rented flat in Greater Noida’s Zeta 1 on Friday, 13th January.

Police got the breakthrough when by the help of surveillance they took out the CDR details of victims phone and then after forensic investigation police was able to identify the culprits.

On 17 January as per the information from personal sources police nabbed them near from Unitec Horizon society around 10:35 pm when they were trying to flee away in their Innova. All three accuseds identified as Shristi Gupta, Imran and Nafes were nabbed. Police had recovered .32 bore pistol and five cell phones used in crime, an Innova car, wallet and flat keys of victim was also confiscated.

During the interrogation police got to know that shristi, who hmwas in a relation with the victim had herself fired the shots. It is being said that they had some dispute over a video clip of shristi that victim had.

SP Rural Suniti said, “ As victim was a gym trainer, shristi met him first time there itself and there after they became friends. And as per Shristi’s statement that they had a physical relation and victim had made an mms of her and started black mailing her. But when Imran (who was also in relation with shristi) got to know about this he asked shristi to murder the Jitendar (victim) and also provided the pistol and cartridges for it. Further they also involved Nafes in this conspiracy who work as driver for Imran.

On January 10th she contacted the Victim and told him that she is coming at his place and asked him to delete the video clip he had. After that around 12:30 she reached AVJ Heights and then both of them had lunch together. But when shristi asked him to delete the video he dint respond and turned his face opposite side on mattress to take a nap. Seeing such reaction Shristi got enraged and took out her pistol and shot bullets one after another. Then she took the used cartridges and cell phone of victim with herself and fled from the spot by locking the flat from outside so no one would get to know about the incident.”

Further SP told that “ The criminal were so sharp minded that they plotted the whole incident with dramatic precision. When Shristi was attempting the Murder she switched of her phone and handed it to Nafes and asked him to stay in Gaziabad so that location of her’s get registered in her phone. And the same thing Imran also did with his own cellphone. He also switched off his phone and keept his location in khurja through nafees”. They will be presented before the court tomorrow.
