"The government of India should be very careful this is time. During budget session and winter session before. It was the ruling party that has no will to function house. Last time in all party meeting on behalf of my party i said house should function. There are 2-3 parties under the ruling party which were not allowing functioning of the house, " says Ghulam Nabi Azad.
