S.B.P.B.I.C ( Junior Wing) celebrated its sports day on 17/03/16. The function started with lighting of the lamp by the honourable chief guest Ms. Roma Debabroto, she has been with D.U serving in the department of comparative study of literature. She is also founder president of an organization which is  combating human trafficking. It was followed by various races and dance performances by the children.There were many interesting races like relay race, cap race , hop and run race, three legged race , sack race etc. The function was a beautiful blend of sports events and cultural programme. Following children got prizes in the races- Ashika and Pari of class I got first prize in cap race , Anjali of class II got first prize be bird race , Harshita of class III got first prize in hop and run race , Kasshis and Kumkum of class IV got First prize in three legged race, Nikki of Class of V got first prize in sac race. Children enjoyed a lot with 100% participation by the children. There was prize distribution ceremony at the end of the function. Children were given prizes for thre best performances in both academic and sports. Education Officer of Noida and Greater Noida Education Society, Ms. Meena Singh was also present at the function as the guest of honour . She congratulated the winners and appreciated the function. At last the chief guest while addressing the children , praised the programme and encouraged and motivated them to do well in academics and sports . At last the principal of the school Ms. Rima Dey thanked the chief guest and guest of honour for their kind presence. Neelgiri house won the trophy for the best House.
