Wanted Criminal Captured after Police Encounter in Greater Noida, Watch Video:

On Tuesday afternoon a Police encounter took place near Sigma-2 area of Greater Noida. While one criminal managed to flee on bike, another one was shot and captured by the police party. The criminal Joginder alias Jogi belonging to Delhi’s Sultanpuri area has been arrested. He has over 100 cases registered against him and was also wanted in 6 Lakh robbery case that took place in sector 37, Greater Noida.

Shots exchanged after criminals were cornered:

As per senior police officials, Kasna police received leads from sources regarding the whereabouts of the wanted criminal. Working on the same, they cornered the criminal near Sigma-2 roundabout. Police team has to open fire when criminals tried to flee and indulged in cross-firing. Joginder was captured after being shot by the police. He has received minor injuries and is said to be out of danger. He was immediately taken to hospital for the firsthand.

Joginder also had a reward of 12 thousand over his head. The captured criminal was accompanied by an accomplice who managed to flee on the bike.
