Shri Upadhyay said during last two decades Delhi Government made huge claims of development but when we come to this area we get to understand that the development has been lopsided restricted to a few areas. Delhi Dehat has been denied its share of growth. Delhi Dehat even today has no college and people are facing basic problems of lack of schools, hospital, health centres and transportation.
