After Prakash Hospital, Crisis at all Kailash Hospitals in Gautam Buddh Nagar amid Oxygen shortage

Noida / Greater Noida, 22nd April: After Prakash Hospital, the Kailash Healthcare group confirmed today that all of its hospitals in Gautam Buddh Nagar are under a severe crisis due to shortage of oxygen supply.

Speaking to the news agency ANI, the group medical director Dr Ritu Bohra said that all its hospitals are left with Oxygen that will last for only for a few more hours. She also said that the hospital has now stopped admitting any new COVID-19 patient for treatment.

“We’ve 4 hospitals in Gautam Buddh Nagar, crisis in all. We’ve been told we’ll receive supply after next 36 hrs. We’ve stopped admissions,” Dr. Bohra said.

Sharing more information, Dr. Bohra said that the hospital management has contacted the district administration and apprised it of the oxygen shortage situation being faced by the hospital.

She said that the hospital has received positive assurance from the administration and the oxygen supply is likely to be restored soon.
