Amrapalli Group faces Supreme Courts fury, accounts of companies-directors seized!
As per reports coming in from Delhi, Supreme Court has come down heavily on the Amrapali group. SC has attached accounts and properties of the 41 companies part of The Amrapalli Group – calls for accounts of the companies since 2008 – takes serious note of diversion of funds by the company
SC also freezes all bank account of all directors of 40 companies of Amrapali group.
Court has also directed attachment of personal property of all directors.
SC directs attachment of all bank accounts and movable properties of all 40 companies of Amrapali group.
SC hauls up Amrapali group for playing "dirty game" with court by not complying with its order and dealing the proceedings.
SC says – Don’t test our patience as it passes order to attach properties of the company and all directors.
