Annual inter Corporate and B- School Quiz conducted by @BIMTECH

Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, in association with NTPC, organized “Cognicioun-15”, the annual inter B- School and corporate quiz competition, on the 31^st of January, 2015 at its’  Greater Noida campus as part of its 27^th anniversary celebrations.

The flagship event of QCB, the quizzing club of BIMTECH, Cognicioun is a national level competition which sees participants from top Business colleges and organizations annually. Every year famous names in the quizzing circle host the event, and this year was no exception. Mr. Joy Bhattacharya, Project director, FIFA U-17 world cup, and ex-director, Kolkota Knight Riders, and a renowned quizmaster, kindly agreed to be the host in the 4^th edition of this competition. Mr. Harvansh Chaturvedi, director, BIMTECH, had the following to say about the event “The objective of the institute behind hosting this quiz event is to provide a platform to the finest of corporate and B-school minds for ‘Grey-cells’ battle. Cognicioun aspires to become the finest business quizzing event of the country.”

The chief guest of the day was Mr.  Venkataramani Sankaran, Technical Director, KPMG, who held an interaction session with the students of the institute on the current trends in business consulting shortly before the event. The event was sponsored by NTPC and saw participants from HCl, E&Y, IIFT and IIM Indore etc.
