Believe Yourself, Accept Failure says Poonam Sharma Director Accurate Institute

Ms. Poonam Sharma, Young and dynamic educational administrator . Her endeavor is to develop students as successful business leaders and technocrats of tomorrow. She spoke to Ten News about her life journey.

TN- Please tells us about your biggest achievement so far?

PS– Achievement is that my parents and I are happy with what we have and what we have achieved so far and by grace of god we don’t have any such difficulties. My parents are happy with whatever I am doing, so that’s my biggest achievement.

TN- Which is the biggest challenges you faced in achieving these benchmarks of success ?

PS– God has been kind enough and I have got a very loving father, we have been blessed with all luxuries of life so there has been no struggle. But in work you do get certain challenges that you have to actually work on to otherwise I haven’t gone to any difficult phase of life or something which was that challenging. Things are smooth and are moving on.

TN- What is your success mantra?

PS– One needs to believe in his or her own self, that something guides and give you direction. First you need to believe in yourself and failures are part of success, that’s not important. Once you fail you learn, there are different ways and perception one learns about. Everybody has their own definition of success. You need to believe in yourself and once you are determined with the fact that whatever you are doing is right, you can achieve it.

TN- Who are your icons or role model in your life?

PS– I only look up to my father.

TN- Do you believe in existence of God?

PS– Yes I believe and follow Gita and have faith in Lord Krishna.

TN- Which book have influenced your thoughts?

PS– I don’t do much reading.

TN- What kind of films you are interested in and your favorite film actor?

PS– I watch all kind of movies but I like south Indian dubbed movies very much.

TN – Which kind of music or art you love?

PS– I like soft romantic music.

TN – Which sport you like and your favorite sports person?

PS– I like cricket and whole Indian team is my favourite.

TN- What is your take on Prime Ministers Modi performance so far?

PS– Kudos to him for his performance so far and we wish him all the best.
