Businessman abducted from Gurgaon rescued by alertness of GB Nagar police

Due to the alertness of the Gautam Budh Nagar Police two business men were rescued when after abduction they were being taken through Greater Noida on Monday night.

The businessmen Siddhartha Jain, a jeweller and Praveen Garg, cloth trader, were kidnapped from Gurgaon on Tuesday night when they had gone to meet a client Gaurav Saini.

Police said Saini refused to clear Rs 20 lakh dues and rather held the two persons with the help of some goons, and forced them in a black Etios and drove away on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

When the car reached the toll plaza one of the business man kicked the door and it got open. The toll plaza staff suspected the foul play and immediately informed the police. As Dadri chowki police got the information they immediately rushed into action and started the chase. As the criminal realised that they will be nabbed, they immediately abounded both cars and the victims in Bulandshahr’s Sikandarabad area and fled from spot.

Later police rescued both the victims safely and Gautam Budh Nagar SSP Ajay Pal Sharma said “we are trying to arrest the criminals for which search operation has been launched. He also announced a cash prize of 15000 for the police party involved in the chase and for their alertness”.
