New Delhi, 15th December: The Society for Positive Initiative, under the Movement of Positivity, orchestrated the 3rd National Summit on Leadership in Positivity on December 15, 2023, at the Civil Services Officers Institute, Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The esteemed former Vice President of India, Venkaiah Naidu, graced the event as the chief guest, marking the inauguration session with his presence.

The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp and the national anthem, setting the stage for an insightful day. Welcoming the chief guest, Mr. Naidu, the organizers presented him with a shawl and a symbolic plant sapling. A concise overview of the Movement of Positive Activities was then presented, outlining the program for the diverse audience in an engaging manner.

Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mule, a distinguished member of the Human Rights Commission, delivered a thoughtful statement during the inaugural ceremony. The event featured perspectives on patriotism and the positivity of life from Naseema Khatoon, Ranju Jha Alex, Drums Shivamani, and Yogendra Singh Yadav.

The program also included the felicitation of award recipients, further adding to the significance of the event. In his closing remarks, Venkaiah Naidu expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate, emphasizing the pivotal role such programs play in nation-building.

Touching upon themes of work ethic, women empowerment, and cultural pride, Mr. Naidu shared his insights. He emphasized completing tasks with utmost dedication and highlighted the historical respect women have received in India. Drawing parallels between goddesses, rivers, and the land itself, he underscored the importance of recognizing and respecting women.

Referring to India’s positive ethos, Mr. Naidu addressed the use of abusive language in politics, urging citizens to make informed decisions at the polling booth. He emphasized that the core of Indian philosophy lies in sharing and caring for others.

In an inspiring moment, Yogendra Singh Yadav, a decorated war hero awarded the Param Vir Chakra, was acknowledged as a brave son of Mother India.

Venkaiah Naidu concluded with reflections on India’s positive reputation, urging the audience to be proud of their motherland, mother tongue, and traditional attire. He reiterated the significance of respecting nature and culture, emphasizing that they are the essence of India’s future.
