On the occasion of International Women’s Day Ten news Interacted with students and teachers of Savitri Bai Phule Balika Inter College, Greater Noida and took their views over Women’s Day.
Speaking to Ten News, one of the faculty member expressed her views and said “Things have changed a lot as compared to earlier times and now women’s are getting empowered more and more. Our External Affair Minister and Defense Minister are two live examples of this and they had done a tremendous job in their respective fields.”
Sanjana, a student at Savitri Bai expressed her views very confidently and said “It’s in the mindset of society that women are incapable as compared to men and that’s why they are kept deprived of their rights. Women’s requires just an opportunity and they will show how far they can fly and can achieve the greater heights of the sky.”
Similarly another student upon being asked about how they manage to live away from their homes said “It’s a mini world to us we use to learn everything here, how to handle every situation how to live, how to behave with elders, etc. So when we are exposed to the outer world it’s easy for us to overcome day to day challenges so I find hostel life is a better one.”
