Global electronics giant Lutron to conduct campus placement drive at Dronacharya Group Of Institution, Greater Noida!

Placements remain one of the most important aspects of technical education in the region. Students of different engineering colleges attempt their best to get placed during campus drives for a safe and secure future and colleges also leave no stone unturned to invite best of the companies to their campuses.

While IT sectors remains the biggest recruiter of engineering colleges for many years, the students from core branches always strive to get placed in industries of their domain. Taking this key requirement of their students in consideration, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida will be hosting the Campus Placement Drive for Lutron Electronics on 1st August 2018.

Lutron is a technology-centered and people-driven company headquartered in Coopersburg, PA (USA) with sales and service offices located worldwide, in London, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The company has a long history of significant growth and smart innovations. It holds over 2,700 worldwide patents. In addition to the solid-state dimmer, Lutron innovations also include the first electronic dimming ballast for fluorescent lights and the first self-contained preset lighting control system. Lutron’ founder, Joel Spira’s key technical innovation had been to replace the rheostat with a thyristor.

Lutron Electronics Co.Inc. will be conducting the Placement Drive for 2018 Batch Graduates. After the Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates, Preliminary Screening Process will be done. It will be consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Essay Writing Test. Later the candidates will be required to participate in the Group Discussion Rounds followed by Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session. The final selection will be based on Online Video Conferencing Interview and the Face 2 Face Interview of the shortlisted candidates.

DGI Director, Prof.(Dr.) Ashish Soti has extended his best wishes to all the candidates and advised them to prepare well for the drive. Students are also excited to participate in the recruitment process of the global giant and are looking forward to excelling the tests.
