Hyderabad Police launched “Women on Wheels” initiative to combat crimes against women

Hyderabad Police launched a new initiative on new year “Women on Wheels”, concerning the safety of women around the state.

The initiative is taken to combat crimes against women, here “Women on Wheels” means female officers will be patrolling the roads and streets on vehicles which will lead to more safer and crimes free environment for the women.

Women personnel will be provided with a two-months of training in driving skills, unarmed combat, and technological initiatives.
