Information is our birth right and we shall have it ! Wake up CBI wake up !

Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) succeeded in ensuring Right to Information Act(RTI) did not apply to it. But public interest activists and whistle blowers couldn’t care. They obtained, deviously, a diary and people believe its Director CBI’s residence visitor register. If RTI had applied , all devious means to obtain information on CBI would have been self defeating.
