Maharastra October elections has both combines, Congress- NCP and BJP- Shiv Sena, adamant on demands of seats.  Its a political analyst’s nightmare to explain the twin set of tight rope  walking. The janata  sees it as  fight for spoils . The irony is there are no spoils in hand .  If voters decide to give them  little  at the end  of the elections all the posturing would have  been in vain.
