White #tiger kills student inside Delhi zoo

According to eyewitnesses, the student was trying to click a picture and fell down in the enclosure, Times Now reported.

The incident took place around 1:30 pm today.

CNN-IBN news channel showed a photograph of the boy cowering inside the enclosure with the tiger standing inches away.

“Around 1.30 pm, when we were in the reptiles area, we heard very loud screams,” Himanshu, an eyewitness told the TV channel.
 

A witness said he raced to the tiger enclosure at the New Delhi zoo after hearing screams, to see the boy locked in the tiger’s jaws, “writhing badly in pain”.
