Man killed in gang rivalry, one held

Noida: One man has been arrested for the murder and abduction of a rival gang member on Sunday. The victim, 30-year-old Bhim Singh, was kidnapped by a gang of criminals from a busy market in Kasna on Saturday afternoon, police said. His body was found riddled with bullet wounds the next day in Loni, Ghaziabad.Abhishek Yadav, SP (rural), said Singh was a resident of Ghaziabad and his murder was the fallout of a gang rivalry.

He said Singh had gone to Greater Noida for a contract killing, but the members of the other gang got to know and kidnapped him. He was then shoved inside a car, taken to a secluded place and killed.The kidnapping was recorded on a mobile phone and the video clip is circulating on social media. In the clip, a group of men can be seen picking up Bhim Singh and forcibly pushing him inside a parked car.A number of people gathered at the spot but could not intervene as the criminals were armed.
