Osama bin Laden’s bodyguard deported from Germany

Germany has deported a Tunisian man who allegedly served as former al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden’s bodyguard. The man identified as Sami A, had been living in Germany since 1997 and had argued against his deportation by claiming he could be tortured if sent back to Tunisia. He received nearly ₹94,000 a month in welfare payments from Germany.
