Puja festivities set to begin at Noida Kalibari

NOIDA: The festive fervour of Durga Puja has arrived in the city. Noida Kalibari’s Bengali Cultural Association in Sector 26 is all set to celebrate the festival, a week before it actually begins on Tuesday, September 30.

“Our venue is ready, and permissions are in place. This weekend, we will be hosting contests for children to build up the tempo for the festivities,” said Ashish Bhattacharya, secretary of the Noida Durga Puja Samiti, Sector 26.
