New Delhi : Today in the national capital, bunch of people from different professions peacefully protested at Jantar Mantar with an aim to hit the door of PM Modi with the message of Father of nation which was ‘every citizen of nation should be provided with Roti, Kapda, Makaan.
Holding the banner titled “Rashtrapita se Rashtrapati Tak”, an advocate said,
“Today all over the nation, people are fighting for food, home, clothes but beside this we have started struggling for fresh air and fresh water. A nation, which is known for its culture where providing drinking water is called ‘religion’, is now selling water at 20 INR per litre.”
Another person added, “Delhi usually becomes gas chamber every year. Except Delhi, many other places in the country became similar in past few years. The work process of nation should be conducted properly. Government is not providing Roti, Kapda, Makaan but also keeping us away from fresh air and water.”
