Real Estate Tycoons Supertech & Antriksh Group propose 500-bed quaratine facility to combat Coronavirus

As India is entering (or has alredy entered) the stage-3 of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), social distancing and keeping suspected persons in quarantine has became imperative to early recovery from this pandemic which is causing havoc even in the most developed nations.

Amid the increasing Coronavirus curve in the country, institutions such as Armed forces have alredy set up multiple quarantine facilities across the country. Many private organizations too have came out and proposed to set up a quarantine facility so far.

Real estate tycoons Supertech and Antriksh group, both of whom are members of NAREDCO, have also joined the list by offering a combined quarantine facility of 500 beds, one in Noida’s sector 78 (100 beds) and the other in Yamuna Expressway sector 17A (350-400 beds).

Kailash Hospitals, a chain of super speciality hospitals run by Gautam Buddha Nagar’s MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma was the first one to offer a 100-bed quarantine facility in the Noida region.

These quarantine facilities will help tackle the alarming number of cases and suspected persons in the Noida region.

Apart from the offer to set up the quarantine facilities, the real estate industry has set an example by taking several relief measures like sanitizing colonies and markets, giving food, shelter, medicine etc to migrant labours.

The President of NAREDCO-UP and Chairman of Supertech R.K Arora has himself donated Rs. 10 lakh to the administration for COVID-19 pandemic relief.
