Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj organizes Thanksgiving Ceremony

The Rotaract Club of GL Bajaj celebrated ‘Ravangi’ – the Thanksgiving Ceremony with full zest and enthusiasm; which turned out to be extremely memorable for everyone. Vice Chairman, Pankaj Agarwal and CEO of GLBITM, Mr. Kartik Agarwal were the Guest of Honor.

The Executive Council left no stone unturned in helping with the management of this event. Dean, Strategy –  Dr. Shashank Awasthi, The Head of the Departments, Rotaract District Dignitaries, the Presidents and Secretaries from the other Rotaract Clubs joined the programme.

The Ceremony commenced with Lamp Lighting followed by the collaring of the President.

President Rtr. Ritik Jain addressed the audience for the last time and presented a video showcasing all the work done throughout the tenure which brought back all the memories. CEO of GLBITM, Kartik Agarwal addressed the Rotaractors and appreciated their work.

The work done by the fellow Rotaractors throughout the tenure was appreciated by the Club by presenting them awards for appreciation.

Following awards were presented by the Dignitaries;

The title for most active Rotaractors went to Rtr. Raghav Aggarwal in the male category and Rtr. Sakshi Rai in the female category.

Rotaractors with the best district representation were Rtr. Aman Srivastava and Rtr. Bhavya Sah

Rotaractors with the best supporting role were male Rtr. Shivanshu Gupta and Rtr. Samriddhi Srivastava. The title for best social media creation goes to Rtr. Ishita Mishra in the female category and Rtr. Parth Gupta in the male category. The title for the most confident Rotaractor went to Rtr. Apoorva Srivastava

Rotaractors who pitched the best project idea –  Rtr Divisha Roy for the project Basket of love and Rtr Khushboo Chauhan for Project Shakti.

Award for the best representation in community services avenue went to Rtr. Anubhav Gupta and Rtr. Shrasti Gupta.

The title for the best speaker was received by Rtr Mukul Singh and Rtr Suhani Srivastava.

Rtr Saubhagya Sharma was entitled for being the best project Chair for the blood donation drive where more than 350 units of blood was collected.

Award for the most enthusiastic Rotaractors went to Rtr. Manvesh Srivastava and Rtr. Tanishka Yadav.

Rtr. Divya Chaudhary got a title for being the craziest Rotaractor.

The best performer of the tenure was the Club Secretary, Rtr. Tanu Singh. The award for being the cheerleader of the club went to Rtr Astha Mishra. The title for the technophile of the club went to Rtr. Bharat Bharadwaj

The award being the center of attraction goes to Rtr. Shrishti Singh

Last but certainly not the least, award for the best EC members went to Rtr. Rupesh Sharma in the male category and in the female category, the award goes to Rtr. Tannu Priya.

Faculty Mentor, Dr. Neha Tyagi also motivated the students with her inspiring words.

There were a rainbow of programmes to entertain the audience. Rtr. Mukul Singh performed an eye opening Monoact based on the plight of humanity. A soulful medley was performed by Rtr. Mayank Rana and Rtr. Devanshu Sharma. Enthralling dance performances were given by Rtr. Bhavya Sah, Rtr. Shrasti Gupta and Rtr. Surya Pratap.

The dance performances, singing, the monoact and the stand up comedy added the right amount of spark and glitter on this day.

The President Elect, Rtr. Bhavya Sah shared her thoughts and journey of Rotaract. The day turned out to be truly successful and memorable in every aspect.
