Shree Ram ki kahani Bacchon ki zubani

Delhi, September 22, 2014: Following the enormous success of the debut season, India’s leading FM Network 92.7 BIG FM celebrates Navratri with the second season of BIG Ramleela. A one- of-its-kind concept launched by the radio station, the epic battle between Ram and Ravana will be enacted and recited by kids this year. Children from all over Delhi will be selected to portray the Ramleela characters LIVE on radio on the auspicious occasion of Navratri. These kids will be mentored by renowned television actor Arun Govil – best known for playing Rama in Ramanand Sagar’s hit television series Ramayan (1986).

Listeners get a chance to enjoy the recital of Ramayana in the endearing voices of kids between the age of 6 and 13 from 25^th September to 3^rdOctober 2014. As part of the celebrations, 92.7 BIG FM’s team of RJs and the production crew visited numerous schools where auditions will be organized. The selected kids were mentored at the 92.7 BIG FM Studio in Delhi by Arun Govil. The radio recital of the Ramayana titled Radio Ram Leela will conclude on Dussehra.

It will definitely turn this year’s Ramleela into a melodious series”.

Listeners tuning in from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and New Delhi will be entertained to a different experience of Ramleela. Throughout the auspicious 9 days of Navratri, kids will be co hosting the show with RJ’s in the form of the top 9 characters – Ram, Hanuman, Sita, Laxman, Ravan, Vibhishan, Kumbhakaran, Dashrath and Kaikai.
