Three Ministers Committee to hold another review meeting in Delhi on Monday, Authorities prepare fresh delivery schedules

The three member ministerial cabinet committee which was formed on the insistence of UP CM Yogi Adityanath to address builder-buyer issue of the region is going to have another meeting on upcoming Monday in New Delhi.
Noida and Greater Noida Authority CEO’s have been summoned to this meeting to handover flat delivery details accomplished till time in the region.
After the first meeting of the committee which took place at Gautam Buddha University, the committee had promised home buyers to deliver 50 thousand flats by December end.
The targets were fixed for all three authorities however only Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development authority could achieve December target in totality.
Now both the authorities are on toes to deliver the promise in New Year. The authority officials are conducting meeting to prepare detailed delivery plans to present to the ministers committee.
As per sources Greater Noida authority is planning to hand over about 9000 flats by the end of this month. While 5000 of these belong to private builders, 4000 flats have been developed by Greater Noida Authority. Based on consecutive meeting with different builders, the authority is also positive about handing over 15000 flats by March as well. UP CM Yogi Adityanath in his recent visit to Noida had made another promise of delivering 40 thousand more flats by end of this financial year.
Noida Authority is also committed to get 4000 flats handed over to the home buyers. Many completion certificates are being examined by the authority and can be approved soon as per norms, if they fulfil the criteria.
