Transport helpdesk in GB Nagar

The Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) in Gautam Budh Nagar has set up a help desk to provide information regarding driving licence, commercial vehicle tax and registration of new vehicles. Around 1,000 people visit the ARTO office every day and the help desk will ease the workload at the department, officials said. 

“We have published pamphlets with details regarding the facilities provided at the transport department and how to use them. Officials at the help desk will hand them over to the people visiting the office,” said Rachna Yaduvanshi, ARTO.
