WhatsApp – blessing in disguise – helpline of Delhi police begins to receive complaints
The helpline 9910641064, of the Vigilance Branch was launched on August 6.
According to police, in the first incident, a video clipping received on the helpline purportedly was of a police official of the rank of ASI, taking money from the complainant in lieu of police verification at Himmat Garh Police Post.
