Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority to offer new land in its area

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is all set to launch new schemes for investment in around 2700 plots and residential flats. The initial scheme which is slated to be launched on 15th August 2017 will have investment opportunities for institutional land however later part will have offerings for entrepreneurs and home buyers as well.
Scheme launch in different phases :
YEIDA officials have informed that the first batch under this scheme will have 70 plots market for institutional development. CEO Arun Veer Singh said, “Institutional plots will be located in sectors 18, 20, 22, 22A, 22D and 22E. The measurements will vary for different purposes. We are offering 1000 square meters (sqm), 2000 sqm, 4000 sqm, 1 acre, 5 acres, 10 acres plots. We hope that these land blocks will be idle for setting up creche, nursery school, 10+2 school, old age homes, etc as per their dimensions”.
A commercial and residential scheme will also be launched on September 1. Commercial offerings in this scheme will include 76 shops of sector 22 A and 22 D. In residential category there will be 2200 flats in the same sectors up for grab with dimensions of ground+3 floors.
Later on Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will again introduce a scheme offering 350 plots for industries.
