Yet another Milestone for Noida International Airport, Developer Zurich AG and SBI sign Rs 3725 crore loan agreement

Greater Noida, 10th August: Yet another milestone has been reached for the development of Noida International Airport with the signing of Substitution Agreement, Escrow Agreement on Tuesday. CEO Christoph Shelman and CDO Nicholas Schenk on behalf of Yamuna International Airport Private Limited, a company of Zurich Airport International AG, Brijendra Singh Rathor, AGM at State Bank of India and Dr. Arun Veer Singh, CEO at Noida International Airport Limited signed these agreements.

Nodal Officer Shailendra Bhatia presented the Substitution and Escrow Agreement. Apart from this, the Finance Close proceedings were also completed and for this 3725 crore loan agreement was signed on behalf of Zurich Airport Company and State Bank of India.
