AAP denies ‘molestation case’ against its three MLAs

A molestation case, on complaint of a woman, was registered against three AAP MLAs. The party has come to their rescue saying it’s a conspiracy against our party.

While denying the allegations against three AAP MLAs, Alka Lamba, a woman lawmaker of the party, said that our party has been striving to make laws that would provide security to women.

“Earlier they (the opposition) have tried to implicate our party members in corruption. And when they couldn’t prove it they are using new tactics to defame the party leadership,” Alka said.

“Our party strives to create strict laws to ensure women safety but its unfortunate that some are misusing to laws to score political points,” she added.
