Day 4 of UPITS 2023 Witnesses Record-Breaking Attendance of Buyers and Visitors

Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – The fourth day of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2023 proved to be extremely successful, attracting an astonishing number of buyers and visitors, and setting new records. The trade show not only exceeded all expectations but has consistently broken previous records since its inception.
On the fourth day of UPITS 2023, the program witnessed a record-breaking presence of approximately 14,253 buyers and around 74,000 visitors, leaving attendees and organizers astounded by the overwhelming response. This unprecedented level of engagement serves as a testament to the economic resilience and potential of Uttar Pradesh.
Aman Gupta, CEO of Gider Innovators, praised UPITS 2023 for its remarkable business opportunities. He received an excellent response from buyers and looks forward to strong branding promotion and increased business prospects until the end of the event.
Mehendra Pal, a flour mill owner, confirmed that he has experienced tremendous business growth here. In just a few days of the exhibition, he has connected with thousands of people. He has received more orders than his production capacity can fulfill, and he plans to start operations in 8 more factories to meet the demand.
Krishna Kumar from SKV Enterprises commended the Uttar Pradesh government for this grand event. The mega trade show, UPITS 2023, is expected to brighten the future for all artisans and manufacturers in Uttar Pradesh.
Suyam, a seller of quilts from Muzaffarnagar, shared that UPITS 2023 has been a great platform to showcase their products, and they have received tremendous response and business. They have received more orders than expected, indicating the potential for growth in their manufacturing capacity and employment opportunities.
Vivek Jaiswal, founder of EduGlob Consultants, mentioned that UPITS is one of the largest platforms in India and has attracted a wide range of customers, clients, and investors. They have received inquiries from students wanting to study abroad in just the past three days, and even some international students interested in studying in India.
Visitors to UPITS 2023 have been pleasantly surprised by the high demand for their products and services. Many of them have received orders far beyond their expectations. This surge in business activity reflects the eagerness of buyers and investors to connect with Uttar Pradesh’s vibrant market.
In addition to the remarkable networking opportunities among businesses, buyers, visitors, and promoters, a brainstorming session titled “Uttar Pradesh – Leading in IT Manufacturing and Export Development” was organized to provide insights into various and innovative facets of manufacturing and export. The session was conducted by eminent personalities in the field, including Pankaj Singh, Hon’ble MLA-Noida, Gurmeet Singh, CEO of Electronic and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC India), Sandeep Narula, CEO of Atlanta Systems India, Arvind Kumar, Director of Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Amrit Manwani, CEO of Sashraddha Automation Private Limited, Ajay Goyal, CEO of Panatek Smart Energy, Sumit Bahal, Director of Progression Automation, and Praveen Narang, Chief Inspiration Officer of Pragati Training Services.
Gurmeet Singh emphasized that despite the growing domestic demand for electronic products, companies worldwide are looking at India to become the next electronics manufacturing hub. The potential for development and generating significant employment in this sector is high. The Indian government, with initiatives like Make in India, is actively promoting the manufacturing industry, especially electronics manufacturing.
The next attraction of the day was the GAI Product Fashion Show, ‘Essence: GAI Mahotsav.’ The event saw the presence of Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi,’ Minister for Industrial Development, Rakesh Sachan, MSME Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Secretary, Department of Industrial and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Amit Mohan Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Raj Kamal Yadav, Chief Commissioner & Director General of Industries (UP), Pawan Agrawal, Additional Chief Secretary & Export Commissioner (UP), Padma Shri awardee Dr. Rajani Kant, Director of NIFT, Rae Bareli, and Bharat Shah, President of India Expo Center & Mart. The fashion show was based on Chikan embroidery and other GAI handicrafts and showcased the rich heritage of craftsmanship.
Another major attraction was the Lucky Draw, where attendees had the chance to win various brand gift hampers, home appliances, cookware, and subscriptions to digital channels. The event will conclude with a Mega Lucky Draw where a Tata Punch car will be given away.
