Greater Noida Authority unveils scheme for allocation of 11 commercial plots

Noida, 23rd September, 2022: The Greater Noida Authority has unveiled a scheme for the allocation of 11 commercial plots on Thursday.

The online application process will be open for 21 days beginning September 26.

Greater Noida CEO Surendra Singh made the statement during a meeting with officials from the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) and other organisations.

“Allottees may construct a total floor coverage of up to 400% of the ground coverage, enabling for high-rise commercial structures in Greater Noida.” “Allotments would be made through auction, with the entire process, from application to allotment, taking place on an online SBI portal,” Singh explained.

Singh further stated that the project was developed in response to investor demand and resident needs, and that possession would be handed promptly following assignment because none of the plots are disputed. “With economic activities in these areas, the citizens’ everyday requirements would be satisfied,” he added.

According to officials, 10% of the total plot cost must be paid for registration charges, with the remainder amount due within 90 days following plot allotment.
