HR leaders deliberate on ‘Talent Strategies For Workforce’ at I Business Institute

Greater Noida, 18th April 2022: I Business Institute, Greater Noida recently organised the National Physical HR Conclave on 16th April. The event was graced by the presence of Sujeet Roy, MD, HR Shapers, Ashish Gakrey, Founder, HR Shapers, Sanjay Chaturvedi, Director HR, Hilti India among other industry leaders.

In the introduction speech, Sweta Saurabh, Dean, I Business Institute expressed her gratitude to the Managing Director of the Institute, Sujeet Roy, quoting Estée Lauder, “I never dreamed about success, I worked for it”.

“The mission is to influence, practice and promote value based growth with the aim to take management education to meet the corporate expectations. We all have gathered to discuss the evolving role of HR as a function, to understand what corporations look into fresh talent, how to evolve and reshape the workforce using digital capabilities and a lot more,” said the Dean.

The event started with the Lightening of the ceremonial lamp by the management of I Business Institute and renowned leaders of the Industry. On the theme “Redefining HR Landscape”, the discussion with the guests and delegates was based on the “Talent Strategies For Workforce 2022”.

With exceptional participation by the students, both the panel discussions on the topics of “The Big Rethink: Talent Strategies for Workforce 2030” and “Reshaping Organisations: From Hierarchies to Networks” were successful. The discussion included the companies attempting to bring a balance between the hybrid and virtual workforce, corporate expectations from the digitally-competent workforce and so on.

The institute’s director also presented the panellists with a Tree Certificate, indicating that I Business Institute will plant a sapling on their behalf. The goal was to foster the plant in the same way as the institute supports its students’ growth and development.
