Noida Sanskritik Mahotsav to be organized tentatively in March, venue yet to be decided

Noida : The very waited Noida Sanskritik Mahotsav is going to be organized tentatively in March, told the founder of Krishn Kala Foundation. Noida Sanskritik Mahotsav will be a mega cultural event that will be providing a platform to the unprivileged talents and promote the art and culture through this mahotsav.

The exact date and the venue for the event is yet to be decided by the committee. “The venue and date is not decided yet, we will soon finalise it after a meeting with our members but most probably it will be in March.” said Anu Sinha. Further she said, “The event will have a synchronized performances of all different classical dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Odissi etc. Various eminent nationally & internationaly acclaimed artist will also be performing in the event.

 

Director of Thyagaraja Center for Music & Dance Director Rajeswari Thyagarajan raised her concern over the inconvenience faced by the the artist while performing at an open amphitheater. “Adverse weather conditions becomes a problem during the performance, unavailability of green room is a major concern, without it, it becomes very difficult for the artist to gear up themselves in costume.”

Further she added, “If Noida Authority will support us then it will be a great moral booster for us.”

Thyagaraja Centre for Music and Dance is a premier Performing arts Institute based in Noida since past 24 years. The Institute is affiliated to Prayaga Sangit Samiti Allahabad Uttar Pradesh India. It conducts Degree and Diploma Courses in Indian Classical Dance and Music and has produced many prominent artists.
