November 2013: Two days Taiwan Textile Fairs in South Asia 2013 has started today here in
Delhi at hotel le meridian from 19th
in Delhi at Le Meridian Hotel on 19 and 20 November 2013 and Bengaluru at The Oberoi hotel on 22 and
23 November 2013. Taiwan Textile Fairs 2013 Organised by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) &
Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) and represented in South Asia by Worldex India Exhibition & Promotion
Pvt Ltd. The Fairs is supported by the leading textile associations of India, such as the Confederation of
Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and Textile Exporters Association (TEA). Taiwan Textile Fair began here
with inauguration by the Chief Guest. Dr. Guann, Jyh lee Executive Director of the Taiwan Economic and
Cultural Centre (TECC) and Ms. Justine Cheng, “Specialist, Marketing Development Department of the
Taiwan is one of the largest textile exporters in the world and the Taiwan textile industry is internationally
renowned for its manufacturing excellence. Their superior quality yarn, innovative fabrics and textile
products are now coming to India through this fair and presented their range of cutting edge textile
products to Indian apparel manufacturers here at the Taiwan Textile Fairs in South Asia 2013. With the
Indian textile market expected to record a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.1 per cent over
2009-21 and reach US$ 221 billion by 2021, the Taiwan Textile Fairs in South Asia 2013 is the perfect
