Travel Directives Issued by Delhi Police for Commuters amid Ongoing Congress Protest

New Delhi, 14 June 2022: The Delhi Traffic Police has issued new directives amid the Congress’s protest over Rahul Gandhi’s summons by the ED.

The commuters are advised to not go through certain locations including Motilal Nehru Marg, Tughlak Road, Sunehri Masjid Junction, Maulana Azad Road Junction, Man Singh Road, Janpath, Gol Methi Junction, Claridges Junction and Q-point Junction during 7 am to 12 pm.

The police has ordered to avoid the SP Marg, Dhaula Kuan Flyover and Gurgaon Road between 10:45 am to 11:15 am owing to special traffic arrangements. While buses will not be allowed in Gol Dhak Khana Junction, Patel Chowk, Teen Murti Chowk, Prithviraj Road and Windsor place.

Simultaneously, section 144 has been imposed at the Akbar Road, New Delhi restriction is for the commuters.
