New Delhi: The city and its residents must now get ready to witness the tallest residential tower of New Delhi which is even taller than Qutb Minar and would complete by 2022.
Italian Luxury brand Versace and real estate Development Company Unity Group tied hands to build the tallest tower in Central Delhi which is 182 meter long spread within 40-acres land costing more than Rs 3,000.
The Versace branded luxury towers will be the tallest approved building of Delhi, @ 182 Meters and G+46 storeys. The twin towers would have interiors designed by Versace Home.
Officials of both the companies have made a media announcement regarding the same in Delhi today.
However, the company hasn’t disclose the price and whom they will sell this apartments.
These branded luxury apartments will offer a range of unique amenities that embrace everything Versace stands for superior quality, contemporary design and innovation through a combination of ultra-modern facilities with unmatched style.
Gianni Versace Spa and Unity Group announced a new partnership to develop an iconic residential lower being developed within the 40-acre luxury residential project -The Amaryllis in Central Delhi. The Amaryllis, is a residential project from the Unity Group with an investment of more than Rs 3,000 crore offering a complete, comfortable and luxury living, amidst serene surrounds.
The residential tower will have sky garden, lounge bar and swimming pool rooftop and as per the developers claim every detail of the residential environment will be truly Versace where comfort, luxury, exclusivity will become the everyday essence of fine living.
During the announcement, Director of Unity Group, Harsh Vardhan Bonsai said. ‘The demand for Luxury Residential is increasing at a very fast pace in lndia. There is a great demand and a lot of vacuum as far as the supply of the same is concerned. We are developing The Amaryllis with the perspective of providing true luxury living in the city. ”
“We only have a limited number of apartments in the tower and it will be one of the most iconic and exclusive addresses to have in Delhi. All the apartments would be 5 BHK‘s. This tower would have an exclusive clubhouse in which we would have an infinity pool on the top floor, a helipad, swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurants etc.” Bansal added.
Key points of new residential tower —
The Amaryllis will be located overlooking Central Delhi. The residential towers will have views of Connaught Place, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Lutyens Delhi and most of the Delhi Ridge. The Amaryllis is one of the biggest private projects under development in Delhi to be constructed in various phases that include: A Skywalk connecting towers on the 20th floor, double height entrance lobbies in every tower, extensive open areas, a clubhouse and an array of additional luxurious amenities. The project will bring a taste of global lifestyle to New Delhi, promising to provide the highest living standards for all its residents. With construction in full swing, The Amaryllis first phase will conclude by the end of 2019.
