Breaking: Pakistan has decided not to honour the ICJ ruling
New Delhi: Pakistan is at a risk of inviting UN sanctions. Sartaj Aziz has conveyed the decision of the Nawaz Sharif government that it will not honour of the ruling of International Court of Justice.
