Success of #Demonetization depends on will it curb #corruption @narendramodi @pmoindia

It is of high probability that black money in cash economy is going to take huge hit and government may get 100 Bn$ windfall profit due to this in current fiscal. Many antisocial activities are said to be come to standstill making life a little easy which otherwise has become difficult in long queues for exchange of notes.

This momentum can only be beneficial to society at large if governments across centre & state change their way of doing transactions in day to day business. There should be strong focus to curb source of generation of black money which happens due to corruption prevalent at all levels leaving only few people due to whom still there is some hope among citizens for Acche Din.

Government has to mobilise all resources at its disposal to create atleast 5 Cr jobs in next one year, directly & indirectly, by investing in infrastructure in the field of colleges, schools, hospitals, research labs, food value added chains, sanitation etc. It requires huge manpower at government offices without which it is not possible to implement the vision Blu-print of prime minister. The approved but vacant positions should therefore be ordered to fill within 6 months failing which department secretary should be prosecuted as tough measures would only ensure timely & honestly execution of orders.

Country is so big & populous that even if 24×7 construction takes place, next 10 yrs will be taken to complete the basic requirement of people.
Cost of services in electricity, education & health need to be brought down substantially. There has to be clamping on extravagant expenses. These are necessary not only for common people but also for same government officials who gets tempted to earn extra money to ensure a little easiness in their life to get access to services.

Stadiums are required to be developed in each tehsil so that country can produce medal winning sportspersons. Politicians need to be thrown out of sports bodies as they can at best only eat away ration of sports people. The politicians should be given targets for medals and if target not achieved they need to be sent to jail presuming their corruption for failure; with such tough rules they themselves will run away.

Organ donation need to be made lawful so that black economy disappear from this industry. It’s social science and medical needs and not luxury. Instead of giving punishment of longer jails, it should be taking away organs of convicts. Half of crime will simply vanished on day 1.

Government officers are the authority and need to be given high respect but at the same time they need to be role model for society and impress upon high standards. They should be required to submit their & kins asset details every year in public glare. Not wealth but their position should be matter of respect & command. They must have only one agenda ie public service and all their actions should be proactive and provide relief to society. Corruption should bring punishment but genuinely good intention actions which might go wrong should not be matter of any guilt. In case their actions result into court cases for departments and they lose the case in courts, they must lose their jobs too. There should be affidavit by opposite parties that their advocate is not paid higher than government counsel for level playing field. 90% of cases from court will be disappeared in next 3-5 years.

Before every thing, justice administration system need to be cleaned at all levels of government using technology. 90% of cases can be eliminated if government administrators are cleaned in their actions, misactions or no-actions.

Where is the need of courts & judges then. Why police officials should not lodge FIR and victim move to court. In all such cases if court has to interfere to lodge FIR, such policemen need to be terminated from job. If criminals & convicts ET drugs, mobile & leisure items in jail , why Jailor should not be terminated from job. There are many transactions on the part of executive which either results into corruption or court cases. These all transactions need to be curtailed.

Where is the need of building plan and building map sanctioned? Make 5-10 standards for each area that should be adopted without submitting any paper. Someone want to deviate from it, should only be required to submit for approval. For any industrial plant, land should be allowed only on monthly rent, to be increased @ 10% every year.

Why should there be any kind of cash donation either to religious institutes, trusts or political parties. If PM & FM expect common men to do cashless transactions, election commission must amend rules and debar political parties & politicians to accept even a single rupee of cash donation. Even for cheque donation, ID proof should be must. One who is enrolled in NREGA should be caught if found as a donor to political parties.

Then comes fatty marriages. It’s a social evil and need immediate cut down to sensible limits. Anyone who is filing an ITR of Rs 10 lac should not be allowed to spend more than Rs 2 lac . When it’s a matter of ITR people file it bare minimum and spend crores on marriages. Such people should be prosecuted and send to one year jail.

Any businessmen found in unethical means of doing business or exploiting customers to earn disproportionate profit or found to be abetting bribe to govt official or political party need to be booked in sections equivalent to terrorist. Even government policies need to be recalibrate to come over unethical means. One grey area is property prices where circle rate is kept low. The circle rate need to be increased to market level. Registry should happen only with report of govt valuer. In the process govt will get higher revenue and generate atleast 5 lac govt approved valuers.

There can always be many thoughts on the ways to curb menace of corruption; but it is the need of hour else there is no point of demonetisation & killing 100s of people in lines. There are lacs of officers who are dead honest but also totally impractical who knowing fully well about realities chose not to take appropriate & proactive decisions; they need to be first who should be thrown out of jobs. They are big cancer than the corrupt ones.

In conclusion, there is a strong will required right from the office of prime minister that no one should be able to earn even a single rupee by corruption, unethical means or antisocial activities; I am sure many crimes will automatically come down to make India a place of happiness & probably having more Americans living illegally in India than Indians in America!!!
