Summer Festive 2016
New Delhi, 9th July 2016: Celebrating a decade of promoting crafts and entrepreneurship, community organization PURNAM, will present its summer festive 2016 fashion and lifestyle exhibition on Tuesday, 12th July 2016 at The Ashok.

Founded by four spirited women who defy the norms of age, Purnam is an organization with a cause; one that aims to help driven exhibitors from all over the country define their road in life. Each year it holds exhibitions that provide a platform to a mix of exhibitors. Designers and brands that define lifestyle trends are brought together with artisans from smaller cities, who otherwise may not have an organized means to sell, thus opening them to an unlimited number of buyers they would not meet otherwise. So while there are exhibitors from Dubai, Karachi, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata on one hand, one also gets to witness the beauty of products from Hissar, Vrindavan and Benaras on the other. Along with that, each year, NGO’s are also given a platform to exhibit the products made by the communities they serve.

In time for the upcoming festive season, the exhibition, “Rakhi…The Thread of Love” will bring together a kaleidoscope of creative talent from across the nation.

In its landmark 10th year this season, Purnam will bring to the fore and celebrate all things Indian, From clothes, shoes and accessories to beauty and home, Purnam will showcase innovations in design of labels that define Indian with very stitch.
