STRENGTHENING OF SECURITY MEASURES IN SECTORS OF NOIDA – FONRWA MEETING WITH CITY MAGISTRATE

1. With reference to circular letter dated 17.8.2016, issued by City Magistrate (attached Annexure I), FONRWA delegation comprising of Shri N.P. Singh,President, Shri A.N. Dhawan, Secretary General, Shri Raghvender Dube and Shri Main Pal Yadav, Vice Presidents, Shri Pramod Verma, President Sector 30 and Shri Anil Mishra, called on the City Magistrate today and discussed the matter at great length.

2. The delegation handed over letter to the City Magistrate (copy attached Annexure II). wherein FONRWA demanded that with a view to strengthen security measure in the Sectors, it was essential and desirable that boundary walls around all the sectors may be got constructed on an urgent basis. Furthermore, it was reiterated that as has earlier been represented, all RWAs should be accorded legal/constitutional recognition /empowerment on the lines of rural welfare societies.The President also requested CM that Presidents of RWAs may be accorded due honour and recognition at the Police Stations etc. on the lines of MPs, MLAs and Gram Pradhans.

3. The City Magistrate assured to render his fullest support and recommendation in respect of the above issues raised by FONRWA.

4. The City Magistrate issued an amendment letter with reference to his circular letter dated 17.8.2016, issued by him. which is self-explanatory..
